Bonsucro is looking for a part-time consultant, with experience working with international audiences and e-learning platforms, to support its Standards and Assurance team in the development of training for version 5.2 of the Bonsucro Production Standard.
Background
The Bonsucro Production Standard (BPS) is at the heart of everything we do.
In January 2022, Bonsucro released version 5.1 of the BPS. In accordance with our procedure and after listening to feedback from our international members, we have updated this to version 5.2 which will be presented to Bonsucro’s governing bodies in June 2023.
The training consultant will support Bonsucro in providing and delivering appropriate training materials regarding version 5.2 to certification bodies, Bonsucro’s international members (sugarcane farmers and producers) and training providers.
Objectives of the Consultancy
- To support Bonsucro’s Standards & Assurance team with successfully rolling out the Bonsucro Production Standard v5.2 in all training-related activities. This includes the development of training material, delivery of training, designing of evaluations and evaluation methods for auditors and trainers, and oversight of the evaluations.
- To evaluate the current e-learning tools/platform available and migrate Bonsucro’s training to new e-learning tools/platform.
The work must be conducted between July/August 2023, and February/March 2024.
