- Did you submit a complaint to the Certification Body?
- If so, please give more details, including Certification Body answer.
- If not, please indicate why.
- Why are you dissatisfied with the Certification Body’s answer?
- If, in your view, the Certification Body failed to follow the Bonsucro standards and procedures and/or the Certification Body’s procedures, please explain how.
