Announcing the Bonsucro Members’ Council for year 2023-24

17th April 2023

We are now able to confirm the new Bonsucro Members’ Council for the coming year. This new council was introduced at the most recent Members’ Council meeting on 11 April.

What is the Members’ Council?

The Bonsucro Members’ Council is the representative body for Bonsucro members. It reflects the diverse experiences, geographies and interests of our members, and provides advice and feedback to the Bonsucro Board of Directors. Seats on the Members’ Council are held by the company in membership.

Every year, a set number of representatives on the Members’ Council are rotated through an election process, ensuring a range of membership voices continue to be heard. The details for the rotation process are covered in our Articles of Association (clause 13.4 and 13.6) and our Members’ Council Terms of Reference. The rotations are based on the time of service of elected representatives, with the longest serving members rotated out first.
