We are now able to confirm the new representatives elected to the Bonsucro Members’ Council for 2024-25. They will be formally introduced at the next Members’ Council meeting at Bonsucro Global Week.
What is the Members’ Council?
The Bonsucro Members’ Council is the representative body for Bonsucro members. Reflecting the diverse experiences, geographies and interests of our members, the Members’ Council provides feedback and advice to Bonsucro and our Board of Directors.
Seats on the Members’ Council are held by the company in membership. Every year, the longest serving members are rotated out, and their seats are filled through an official election process – this ensures that a diverse range of voices from our membership continues to be heard. The election process is governed by the Articles of Association (clause 13.4 and 13.6) and our Members’ Council Terms of Reference.
