At Bonsucro, we are continuously listening to the feedback and comments from our members on the revised Production Standard. To address this feedback, we have published updates to the following documents:

Interim revision of the Bonsucro Production Standard v5.1

In addition to updating our assurance documents, and in line with our internal procedures, we are conducting an interim revision of the Bonsucro Production Standard v5.1, to clarify, correct, and adjust the Production Standard, and associated documents, where applicable.

This revision is not a full revision of the Standard, therefore it will not include a public consultation. It will consider the relevant feedback received on the new Production Standard v5.1 from its publication in January 2022 to 31 July 2022 – focusing only on addressing gaps in information/guidance and improving clarity where the understanding of the Standard is affected by its current wording.

This revision is in line with clause 6.4. ‘Changes post publication’ from the Bonsucro Standard Development and Revision Procedure, Version 1.4.
