Complaining about a certification body – as a third party

- Contact the Certification Body to complain about their service (primary option):
  - - Each Certification Body has developed their own procedures: access here
- Should you be dissatisfied by the Certification Body response to your complaint, or prefer
  not to contact the Certification Body directly
  - - contact Bonsucro via email info@bonsucro.com indicating the following information, as a minimum:
      
      Email title: Complaint regarding [name of Certification Body]
      
      Name of your organisation and Bonsucro certificate number
      
      Did you submit a complaint to the Certification Body?
      
      If so, please give more details, including Certification Body answer.
      
      If not, please indicate why.
      
      Why are you dissatisfied with the Certification Body’s answer?
      
      If, in your view, the Certification Body failed to follow the Bonsucro standards and procedures and/or the Certification Body’s procedures, please explain how.
    Bonsucro will acknowledge receipt via email within 10 business days, outlining any next steps.
