- Name of your organisation and Bonsucro certificate number
- Did you appeal the decision or submit a complaint to the Certification Body?

- If not, please indicate why.

- If, in your view, the Certification Body failed to follow the Bonsucro standards and procedures and/or the Certification Body’s procedures, please explain how.
