Continued digitalisation of Bonsucro’s system and increased use of digital technology are a key component of Bonsucro’s 2021-26 strategic plan, with digitalisation aiming to both drive operational efficiencies and unlock significant value for those we work with. Technology will increasingly touch every aspect of our organisation and our work – including field-level and supply chain innovation, the tools we provide to members, and our own knowledge management and analytics capabilities. To deliver on this key component of the strategy, Bonsucro needs a clear digitalisation roadmap, to ensure that we deliver on this based on internal and external priorities, organisational capabilities and resources available.

The objective of the consultancy is to recommend a 3-year digitalisation roadmap in line with Bonsucro’s 2021-26 Strategy, together with a resourcing plan that takes into consideration both the internal needs of the Bonsucro team and external needs of Bonsucro members. The roadmap will also look at the current IT architecture and use of Bonsucro platforms for internal and external engagement and information management to improve operational efficiencies and support the organisation’s scaling up and impact.
