Bonsucro Inspire awards
Our global event is home to the Bonsucro Inspire Awards, which celebrate our members’ outstanding efforts to drive sustainability in the sugarcane sector, tackling the problems facing their regions by thinking innovatively, finding creative solutions, and sharing this knowledge with others.
Now in their 12th year, the awards are highly competitive, featuring submissions from all parts of the sugarcane supply chain, and widely engaged with on social media.

Attendees are responsible for organising their own travel to and from the event. The nearest airport is Delhi International.

All attendees are responsible for obtaining the necessary visa to attend BGW in New Delhi, India.
Bonsucro cannot apply for or guarantee the granting of visas.

What if I can’t make it?
Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you cannot attend Bonsucro Global Week due to changing plans or visa issues, you are encouraged to send a substitute attendee at any time, including on the day of the event. If you must cancel after payment, a refund will be issued minus a 20% cancellation fee, provided a written request is received by 10 February 2026 at bgw@bonsucro.com. No refunds will be given after this date.
